Dr. Davy Michael is an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner who began his medical journey in Indonesia, graduating from Airlangga University in 2004. Shortly afterward, he moved to Australia, where he gained valuable clinical experience in a variety of hospital settings, including Midland Hospital in mental health, as well as The Prince Charles Hospital and Redland Hospital in Queensland.

His hospital work helped shape a broad and holistic approach to patient care, eventually leading him to pursue his true passion—General Practice. Dr. Michael completed formal GP training and has since worked across both rural and urban communities in Queensland and Western Australia.

He has a wide range of clinical interests, including skin cancer care, dermatology, paediatrics, mental health, and procedural medicine. He also enjoys the full spectrum of general practice, with a strong focus on chronic disease management, women’s and men’s health, and preventive care.

In recent years, Dr. Michael has been further shaping his expertise in skin health and aesthetic medicine. He is currently undertaking a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer and completing additional training in cosmetic medicine to offer a broader range of care to his patients.

Dr. Michael is committed to improving his patients’ overall well-being through thorough assessments, lifestyle guidance, and a patient-centred approach. In his personal time, he enjoys reading, particularly reflective texts, as well as cooking and trying foods from various cultures—activities that help him connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
