Jo-Anne Dembo is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with over 20 years’ experience in private practice, delivering evidence-based, personalised care to support sustainable health outcomes. She has a special interest in long-term weight management, focusing on realistic, practical strategies and, where appropriate, adjunctive GLP-1 weight-loss medications.

Jo-Anne’s clinical expertise spans weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal conditions, bariatric surgery nutrition, eating disorders, and paediatric nutrition. She is passionate about helping people understand the core principles of nutrition and works in a professional yet down-to-earth way to build confidence and long-lasting habits.

Outside of work, Jo-Anne is a proud mum and sports enthusiast. You’ll often find her on the sidelines cheering her two boys—tennis for her eldest and golf for her youngest. Some of her proudest memories include watching her eldest compete at Wimbledon and the Australian Open. When not travelling for sport, Jo-Anne enjoys long walks, great coffee, and time with family and friends.
